In Memoriam: George W. Holbrook Jr.

George W. Holbrook Jr. has been the Managing Partner at Bradley Resources Company LLC since 1984. Mr. Holbrook has been associated with the firm and its predecessors since 1953. He is an Advisor to the Emergence Fund and Southern Connecticut Health Systems. Mr. Holbrook is Chairman of ThinGap, LLC and Director of Unite-to-Light. He also serves as a Director of several private companies and as trustee of several charitable organizations. Mr. Holbrook serves as a Trustee of Merrill Lynch Funds for Institutions and Alfred University. He served as a Director of Vapore, Inc. Pluromed, Inc., Tailsman, Inc. and Merrill Lynch Institutional Fund from 1977 till 2003. Mr. Holbrook served as an Independent Director of Thoratec Corp. from June 1995 until May 18, 2007.
